POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the functionality and reliability of CNC machines, manual machining equipment, and facility systems. This position requires strong CNC troubleshooting skills, hands-on building maintenance experience, and a proactive approach to facility upkeep. You will receive training on our specific machines and tools, and work alongside a supportive, skilled team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in CNC machine troubleshooting, facility maintenance, or industrial equipment repair.
  • Hands-on experience with CNC diagnostics and troubleshooting (especially Haas, Mazak, Fanuc, or similar systems).
  • Background in building maintenance, including lighting, HVAC, basic plumbing, and general upkeep.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude: automotive repair or similar mechanical experience is a strong plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and service manuals.
  • Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs., standing for long periods, and working in a hands-on, active environment.
  • Safety-focused with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and easy to work with — a strong communicator who takes pride in their work.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

We’re currently hiring a Maintenance Technician to help keep our CNC equipment and facility infrastructure running at peak performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines (e.g., Haas, Mazak, Fanuc), manual equipment, and production support systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex issues related to mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Utilize schematics and service documentation to accurately diagnose and resolve equipment problems.
  • Perform routine building maintenance and facility upkeep, including lighting, basic plumbing, HVAC filter changes, and general repairs.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot air compressors, coolant systems, exhaust units, and other facility infrastructure.
  • Assist with installation, relocation, or setting up of machinery and shop equipment as required.
  • Accurately document maintenance activities, downtime reports, and service history logs.
  • Follow OSHA safety regulations and company policies, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with the production and quality teams to schedule and prioritize maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
