We handle paper, plastic, and metal recyclables and help our clients build sustainable waste reduction processes.   Benefits of Joining Our Team: Cell Phone Stipend Comprehensive Health/Wellness Benefits HSA & FSA Options Collaborative & Results Driven Culture  401K & Profit Sharing (up to 6% employer contributions) Paid Time Off & Holidays   Key Responsibilities: * Operate independently to provide facility maintenance. * Provide preventive maintenance to balers, shredders, and conveyors. * Provide preventive maintenance and maintain gas-powered forklifts and Skid steers. * Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on balers, shredders, and conveyors. * Support safety initiatives and conduct training of new safety initiatives. * Utilize KPA software to manage work orders, log preventative maintenance, and support safety compliance efforts across the facility. * Maintain relationships with vendors/contractors  * Manage shop supplies and parts. * *53' semi-trailer knowledge is a plus.  * Ability to multi-task as well as being self-disciplined.     Position Requirements: * High School Diploma or Equivalent  * 5+ years of professional maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting * Leadership experience * Valid Driver’s License  * High level of mechanical aptitude  * Strong organizational skills * Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, etc.) * Bilingual in Spanish/English not required but a plus * Welding experience or willingness to learn  * Hydraulic experience or willingness to learn  * Valid Driver’s License    Successful Candidates Will Align with Our Core Values: Alive & Well Be Courageous & Try It Listen Up, Be Inquisitive & Keep an Open Mind One Team, One Dream, One Family  Create Innovative Solutions Act With Integrity Commit, Be Tenacious, & Compete to Win
