The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations. This role helps minimize downtime through preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, and facility upkeep while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and experienced in industrial maintenance environments. What you will do: Equipment Maintenance & Repair Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues on production equipment and machinery Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime Perform repairs and adjustments to maintain optimal equipment performance Support installation, modification, and improvement of production equipment as needed Preventive Maintenance Perform routine preventative maintenance activities, including inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and component replacement Monitor equipment condition and identify potential issues before failures occur Maintain maintenance records and document completed work accurately Assist in developing and improving preventative maintenance programs Facility Maintenance Support maintenance and repair of facility infrastructure and building systems Assist with upkeep of electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and other support systems Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities to support operational needs Safety & Compliance Ensure equipment, machinery, and guarding systems meet safety requirements and operational standards Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements Report unsafe conditions, equipment concerns, or operational risks promptly Support compliance with OSHA and other applicable safety regulations Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with production, operations, and leadership teams to support manufacturing goals Assist with equipment upgrades and process improvement initiatives Support training and knowledge-sharing efforts as needed Perform additional duties as assigned What you will bring: Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and maintenance documentation Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Commitment to safety and quality workmanship 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, millwright work, welding, or related fields Experience maintaining production equipment and automated machinery Familiarity with pneumatic tools, motors, conveyors, saws, presses, and manufacturing systems Welding, fabrication, or industrial repair experience Experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial environments Work is performed in manufacturing, warehouse, and industrial environments Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift and move components and materials (up to 50 lbs or more with assistance as required) Comfortability with exposure to machinery, noise, dust, vibration, and varying temperatures ability to work overtime, extended hours, or emergency maintenance support based on operational needs.
