We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician who is hands-on, reliable, and ready to keep our property running smoothly.   What You’ll Do: As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be a key member of the property team, ensuring our community is safe, functional, and beautiful.   Responsibilities include: * Completing service requests and repairs in apartments and common areas. * Performing preventative maintenance to keep equipment and systems in top shape. * Troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues. * Assisting with apartment turns, including painting, repairs, and cleaning. * Maintaining grounds, facilities, and equipment. * Responding to emergency maintenance calls as needed.
