What You’ll Do: As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be a key member of the property team, ensuring our community is safe, functional, and beautiful. Responsibilities include: * Completing service requests and repairs in apartments and common areas. * Performing preventative maintenance to keep equipment and systems in top shape. * Troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues. * Assisting with apartment turns, including painting, repairs, and cleaning. * Maintaining grounds, facilities, and equipment. * Responding to emergency maintenance calls as needed. What We’re Looking For: * Experience in property maintenance, building operations, or a related trade. * Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair. * Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Customer-service mindset and teamwork attitude. * Ability to work on-call shifts, evenings, or weekends as needed ADA Physical Requirements of the Position: * Snow removal to include shoveling and snow blowing walk ways and stairs in the community * Must be able to perform outdoor job functions in all weather conditions, approximately 25% of the time * Must be able to lift up to 80lbs, approximately10% of the time * Must be able to climb stairs, approximately 10% of the time * Must be able to walk the community grounds, approximately 15% of the time * Must be able to climb a ladder approximately 5% of the time Why You’ll Love Working Here: Compensation: The pay range for this position is $21-23/hr JVM Management, Inc. determines individual pay within this range based on factors including qualifications, experience, scope of responsibilities, and internal equity. This pay range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined at the time of offer.
