ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Complete service requests in a timely manner and interact with residents to ensure their needs are met. Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards within established time frames Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds, addressing safety issues immediately with management. Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs. Perform cleaning and upkeep of common areas and grounds. Assist in emergency repairs as directed by supervisors and rotate on-call for emergency maintenance. Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and report any shortages. Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with the supervisor. Other duties as assigned. Anticipated salary range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hr This position is Non-Exempt, meaning eligible for overtime pay This range is provided as a general guideline and reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, geographical location, and the specific responsibilities of the role. Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems. Affordable housing experience is a plus. Must be able to participate in the emergency on-call rotation as needed. Dedicated to exceeding expectations by providing exceptional service. Willingness to embrace feedback and continuously improve. Strong belief in the value of teamwork and collaboration. Reliable and committed to doing the right thing at all times. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
