Description Job Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for preventative maintenance and repair of production equipment, tools, and facility systems at RenewAire. This role supports equipment uptime, safety, and reliability while helping establish standardized maintenance practices using a CMMS. You’ll play a key role in shaping a growing, high-performing maintenance department in a mission-driven green tech company. What You’ll Do Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on production and facility equipment Complete preventative maintenance work orders and support continuous improvement Maintain hand tools and assembly support equipment Troubleshoot using blueprints, schematics, and drawings Maintain and repair facility systems (HVAC, boilers, compressed air, plumbing, electrical) Coordinate work with contractors and vendors Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and other regulations Plan maintenance activities, manage spare parts, and use the CMMS (Limble) Identify and implement process, safety, and equipment improvements What You Bring Associate degree in a technical field and 3+ years of maintenance experience (or equivalent) Experience with manufacturing equipment, including sheet metal fabrication Knowledge of electrical fundamentals and facility utility systems Ability to read engineering drawings and electrical schematics Manufacturing environment experience and CMMS experience Keywords Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance, Manufacturing Maintenance, Facilities Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance, CMMS, Limble, Mechanical Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, Sheet Metal Equipment, HVAC, Boilers, Compressed Air, OSHA Compliance, Madison WI Jobs Requirements Physical and Mental Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to see, talk and hear.
