Description Maintenance Technician - Repack Line Specialist We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience working on repack lines to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, troubleshooting, and working specifically on repack lines to ensure smooth production processes. Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on repack line equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal operation. - Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on repack lines and implement effective solutions. - Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to uphold safety and quality standards. - Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues promptly. - Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation for all repairs and inspections. - Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment on the repack line. - Perform repair and preventative maintenance on equipment, buildings, and facility grounds across the organization. - Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Requirements Maintenance Technician Requirements: - Proven experience working as a maintenance technician, specifically on repack lines or similar packaging equipment. - ARPAC Certified preferred. - Certified HVAC preferred. - Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in maintenance or related fields preferred.
