As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager to help keep the apartment community safe, clean, and welcoming. You’ll support day-to-day maintenance by completing work orders, assisting with apartment turns, maintaining curb appeal, and helping with special projects as needed. You’ll share in an on-call rotation with the maintenance team and use a variety of skills—including HVAC, painting, plumbing, appliance repair, electrical, carpentry, and custodial work—while making a positive impact on the community and residents you serve. Who is our Ideal Candidate? Previous apartment maintenance experience is preferred. Valid Driver's License is required. Ability to train, coach, and guide other maintenance personnel. Shared on-call with other maintenance staff is required. Capable of meeting all physical role requirements including navigating multi-level environments via stairs. HVAC certification or related certifications (such as EPA) are a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. #INDHIGH
