What You'll Be Responsible For * Completing service requests in a timely and professional manner * Performing preventive maintenance throughout the community * Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry issues * Preparing apartments for new resident move-ins * Assisting with community grounds and curb appeal * Participating in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies * Following company safety standards and maintenance protocols * Delivering exceptional customer service to residents and team members What Success Looks Like * Residents trust you because issues get resolved correctly the first time * Vacant apartments are turned quickly and maintained to a high standard * The community consistently looks clean, safe, and well-maintained * You communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the onsite team * You take initiative and don't wait to be told what needs attention What We're Looking For * Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or related experience * HVAC certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) * Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ready to Join the Team?
