Maintenance Technician – RISE Sereno $23–$24/hour The work order comes in. A resident's air conditioning isn't working. Someone is moving in tomorrow, and the apartment has to be ready. What You'll Be Responsible For * Completing service requests in a timely, professional manner * Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, and general maintenance issues * Preparing apartments for new residents through quality make-ready work * Performing preventative maintenance and routine inspections * Assisting with maintaining the appearance and condition of the community * Communicating professionally with residents regarding maintenance requests * Maintaining accurate work order documentation * Following company safety standards and maintenance procedures * Participating in the on-call rotation as scheduled * Working closely with the Service Manager and maintenance team to deliver exceptional service What We're Looking For * Previous apartment maintenance or related maintenance experience preferred * Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or general maintenance * EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Excellent customer service and communication abilities * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Positive attitude and strong work ethic Why RISE Sereno The maintenance team plays one of the most important roles in the success of our community.
