Job Description

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in closely related role
• Technical education, preferred fields: mechanic, electromechanic, automation
• Practical technical knowledge in the field of mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics and control systems
• Practical knowledge of programming in ladder language (others will be an additional asset)
• Practical knowledge of configuring vision systems
• Practical knowledge of operating and programming industrial robots
• Practical knowledge of automation and electropneumatics on production lines
• Read technical drawings, electrical diagrams
• No contraindications to work at heights
• Qualifications to operate mobile platforms are welcome
• SEP qualifications are welcome
• Good organization of own work
• Readiness to work in a 3-shift system
• Teamwork skills

• Ensure the continuity of operation of machines and production lines
• Carrying out preventive inspections of machines according to schedule
• Repairing machines and removing current failures
• Knowledge of mechanics and pneumatics
• Diagnosing, removing and analyzing machine failures based on PLC code analysis and knowledge of industrial automation systems (inverters, servo drives, pneumatics)
• Implementing improvements aimed at improving the capacity of production processes
• Maintaining documentation related to repairs and inspections performed
• Preparing data needed to order spare parts
