Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: PHYSICAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE * Performs site and unit maintenance in compliance with organizational policies and procedures to ensure habitability of all common areas and living spaces. * Maintains curb appeal and grounds by picking up debris throughout the property and the parking areas to promote health and safety of the community. * Performs duties within the compliance of any and all applicable Fair Housing, Federal, State and Local Statutes. SITE INVENTORY * Reports to Maintenance Supervisor when inventory needs to be replenished. * Keeps inventory in the correct location for stocking purposes * Keeps inventory room clean and free of debris that could become a safety hazard. ON-CALL MAINTENANCE * Must be available for after-hour calls and emergency procedures (one week per month) * Staff are paid an additional $10/day for each day they are on-call, whether they receive a call or not.
Responsibilities
The Maintenance Technician performs site and unit maintenance to ensure habitability and maintains the property’s curb appeal. They are also responsible for inventory management and must be available for on-call maintenance.
