As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and operational integrity of our employee housing and company-owned properties in Odessa, Texas. Position Summary: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the functionality and safety of company-managed residential units. This hands-on role involves a variety of routine and emergency maintenance tasks with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests Repair and install major appliances (e.g., stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers) Conduct minor carpentry work, including interior and exterior doors, drywall repairs, and painting Maintain pool operations (CPO certification preferred) Support HVAC maintenance and repairs (Certification required) Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies Qualifications: 3–5 years of hands-on apartment or facility maintenance experience In-depth knowledge of general maintenance repair and services Experience with PEX piping systems HVAC Certification required Pool certification is a plus Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and climb ladders safely Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be flexible and available to work weekends as needed Ready to join a high-performing team and take pride in your work?
