Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and preventive upkeep throughout the hotel. This position ensures that all guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas are safe, functional, and in excellent condition consistent with the Hotels’ standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS *  Perform daily maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs. *  Respond promptly to guest service requests and maintenance work orders. *  Assist with preventive maintenance programs to ensure proper functioning of all systems. *  Conduct safety checks and equipment inspections regularly. OPERATIONAL SUPPORT *  Work collaboratively with housekeeping and front desk teams to address maintenance priorities. *  Maintain accurate logs of repairs and preventive maintenance activities. *  Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies or parts are needed. QUALIFICATIONS *  High school diploma or equivalent required. *  Previous maintenance or engineering experience in a hotel is preferred. *  Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. *  Strong problem-solving and communication skills. *  Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. *  Physical role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders. *  Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays. *  Exposure to varying temperatures and physical environments.
