Description We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm with 30-minute lunch unpaid (occasional weekends as needed) Location: Saratoga Springs, NY (occasional travel to branches in Eastern NY) Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. - Conduct inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate. - Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders. - Assist with setup and breakdown for events or special projects as needed. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance activities. - Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
