The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 77,229.40 USD - 108,344.10 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. As a family company, benefits are a key piece of our Total Rewards package as well and we’re proud to provide a comprehensive, competitive, and differentiated benefits program that our people and their families value. 2nd Shift - Monday - Friday 1:45PM - 10:00PM ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the engineering team, this individual will be responsible for maintaining and improving all equipment and processes throughout the building. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated team player, great trainer and loves solving problems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Troubleshooting, repair, design changes, preventive and predictive maintenance schedule development and equipment monitoring The position will be a key driver of our operator driven maintenance program, providing training, coaching, guidance and leadership to ensure the program’s success This individual will have to be exceedingly focused on safety throughout the building, refusing to settle for shortcuts and prepare, complete and act upon risk assessments and analysis of all work processes at the site to ensure safety is the highest priority Support TPM and LEAN initiatives by assisting in task development, employee training and improvement recommendations from data analysis The maintenance team performs highly skilled mechanical repair on all equipment throughout the facility – this equipment includes but is not limited to: pumps. HVAC equipment, liquid fillers, pneumatic systems, label machines, batch processing equipment, air compressors, coding machine, bottle sleevers, case erecting/packing/sealing equipment, component sorters and other misc. packaging, processing and facility equipment REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING 5+ years of experience (consumer packaged goods preferred) as a maintenance technician Experience working in a manufacturing and production environment and knowledge of OSHA, and Environmental requirements and regulations Working knowledge of LEAN, TPM and predictive maintenance processes An understanding of PLC ladder logic and some experience troubleshooting programs PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS Excellent communication / collaboration / customer service skills Strong coaching, training and teamwork skills Strong interpersonal communication, organization and experience leading teams Strong ‘hands on’ approach Machining and welding experience is a plus JOB REQUIREMENTS Full-Time 2nd shift Schedule; Monday - Friday 1:45PM - 10:00PM This role is not eligible for relocation BENEFITS AND PERKS Rockstar health insurance benefits package Jollydays: competitive vacation bundle Generous retirement match + pre-tax savings options 3 Care Days (a.k.a. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and improving all equipment and processes throughout the building. This includes troubleshooting, repair, and developing maintenance schedules while ensuring safety is prioritized.
