Description Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operation. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues. Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify and address safety or efficiency concerns. Maintain accurate maintenance records and update work orders using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Install, repair, or replace defective parts and systems as needed. Assist with equipment setup and facility modifications. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when necessary. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Requirements Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred. Minimum [2–5] years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or facility setting. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Skills & Abilities: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer proficiency (CMMS or maintenance software experience a plus). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor as required. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call shifts, if needed.
