Position: Senior Maintenance Tech Schedule: 2nd shift -Monday- Friday 1530-2330 Compensation: DOE- $25-$45 Overview of role: As a Senior Maintenance Technician with Manufacturing Maintenance Solutions (MMS), you’ll perform advanced mechanical, electrical, and CNC troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment. This role is ideal for experienced maintenance professionals looking to grow into specialist or leadership positions. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC, mechanical, and electrical systems Perform preventive maintenance and reduce downtime on production equipment Diagnose issues using schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools Lead and mentor junior maintenance technicians Maintain accurate records in CMMS and ensure safety compliance Collaborate with operations and engineering teams on system improvements Requirements Qualifications 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance (mechanical, electrical, or CNC) Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to read schematics and technical blueprints Knowledge of CNC systems, PLCs, and industrial controls High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive pay and shift differential Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (up to 3 weeks) and 10 paid holidays Free uniforms and employee discounts Tuition reimbursement up to $3,000 per year 401K/Roth IRA and Employee Ownership Program Equal Opportunity MMS is an equal opportunity employer.
