WHAT YOU’LL DO You’ll help maintain a high-end apartment community by: - Completing resident service requests quickly and correctly - Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general interior and exterior issues - Preparing luxury apartment homes for new residents with care and attention to detail - Helping maintain resort-style amenities including pools, fitness areas, grills, pet parks, and outdoor spaces - Keeping grounds and common areas clean and well maintained - Using tools and equipment safely and following Panther’s safety guidelines - Participating in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies - Communicating clearly and respectfully with residents and team members WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re searching for reliable, skilled maintenance professionals who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a strong team. SIGN-ON BONUS – Grande Oaks Parc (Daniel Island, SC) This position is eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus structured as follows: $1,000 paid on the first regular payroll following date of hire $1,500 paid after 90 days of active employment Bonus payments are contingent upon active employment at the time of payout. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 lbs, using ladders, bending, kneeling, climbing, walking, and standing for long periods. Hand tools, power tools, and standard maintenance equipment are used daily.
