Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring reliable production and utility systems. Your day begins with a brief team meeting to discuss malfunctions, and you coordinate the activities of your team members while prioritizing work orders. Additionally, you focus on maintenance, service, and strategic projects to improve system efficiency.

Your responsibilities:

  • Resolving malfunctions within production and utility installations, setting the right priorities in consultation with operations.
  • Playing an essential role in analysing complex malfunctions and proactively sharing your knowledge with both colleagues and contractors.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes and systems and making recommendations to increase the efficiency and reliability of installations.Ensuring compliance with safety, compliance, and GMP standards during maintenance work and ensuring that the safety of yourself and your colleagues is always a priority.
