As part of our Agencies & Property Professional Services, we deliver comprehensive property management services through our I2020 Contract, supporting a prestigious Blue-Collar client with 69 operational sites and 83 telecommunications sites.
To maintain the high standards of this extensive estate, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Officer to Manage sites across Northern Ireland. This role involves a diverse range of tasks. This will include the delivery of Micro Works, Reactive Maintenance and PPMs to a high standard and the emphasis on compliance.
A full UK driving license is required for this position and use of a private car. Please note that CTC clearance is necessary for this role, which may take between 3 to 6 months to complete. Holders of existing CTC clearance would be an advantage.
