Description
Responsibilities
  • Perform hands-on maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of electrical systems, including lighting and emergency systems.
  • Conduct planned and reactive maintenance, covering HVAC systems, fire alarms, boiler maintenance, and more.
  • Ensure compliance with water hygiene regulations (L8 ACoP) through tasks like sampling and temperature checks.
  • Assemble, install, calibrate, and commission advanced equipment to avoid operational disruptions.
  • Support additional facilities requirements, such as post-room duties, furniture moves, and AV equipment support.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and specialists to ensure seamless operations.
