Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician / Assistant Service Manager to support our service and production teams with Spartan Ram Jacks. This role is responsible for handling maintenance and service calls, performing quality control checks, and assisting with scheduling and office-based production needs. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working both in the field and in an office environment. Key Responsibilities * Run maintenance calls generated through our maintenance plan * Respond to and complete incoming service requests * Perform quality control (QC) checks on completed waterproofing installations * Contact customers and schedule service and maintenance appointments * Assist with production-related administrative tasks as needed * Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and internal teams * Ensure work meets company standards for quality and safety * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Previous experience in maintenance, service coordination, construction, or waterproofing preferred * Strong organizational and time-management skills * Comfortable communicating with customers via phone and email * Ability to perform light fieldwork and inspections as well as office-based tasks * Basic computer skills (scheduling systems, email, data entry) * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if field work is required) Physical Requirements * Ability to move between job sites as needed * Ability to perform inspections in basements, crawl spaces, or similar environments Schedule * Full-time (typical business hours, with some flexibility based on service needs) Benefits * Medical, Dental, and Vision * 401(k) with company match * Paid Holidays * Paid Time Off * Hourly position with bonus and commissions- could make up to $60,000-$90,000 a year. ----------------------------------------
