Description $19/hour+ | Monday–Friday | Lexington, SC Location: 193 Litton Drive, Lexington, SC 29073 Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch) Job Type: Full-Time | Day Shift | In-Person Sorinex Exercise Equipment is hiring an Industrial Maintenance / Facilities Technician in Lexington, SC. This full-time role supports equipment maintenance, machinery repair, facility upkeep, and production support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for candidates with experience as a maintenance technician, industrial mechanic, facilities maintenance worker, or repair technician. What You'll Do Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, production equipment, and facility systems Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and hydraulic systems Diagnose and resolve issues with industrial equipment and production machinery Support facility maintenance and equipment reliability to reduce downtime Follow all safety procedures including lockout/tagout (LOTO) and PPE requirements Respond to emergency maintenance requests to minimize production interruptions Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities Conduct daily equipment and facility inspections to identify issues early Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to complete repairs efficiently Maintain a clean, safe, and organized industrial work environment What We're Looking For Experience as a maintenance technician, industrial mechanic, or facilities technician preferred Knowledge of mechanical systems, basic electrical, or plumbing Ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment and production machinery Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a manufacturing / industrial environment Physical Requirements Lift, carry, push, and/or pull 1-50 lbs. frequently Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward frequently Sit, stand, and walk for 1-10 hours per day Work in a fast-paced industrial environment wearing hearing protection, eye protection, steel-toed shoes, and other appropriate protective clothing Benefits 401(k) with company match Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Requirements Experience: Manufacturing: 2+ years Power Tools: 2+ years Tape Measuring: 2+ years
