WHY YOU’LL WANT THIS JOB * $2,500.00 SIGNING BONUS * Competitive Pay: Based on experience * Monthly bonus: Eligible for an 8% monthly bonus after 60 days (paid monthly) * Schedule you can plan around: 2 weeks on, 1 week off rotation * Paid time off: 80 hours of vacation annually * Excellent benefit package including medical, dental, life, disability, and RRSP match * Boot reimbursement * EAP (Employee Assistance Program) & Health and Wellness Program * Referral bonus program * Stable, long-term role with advancement opportunities in a growing company WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING * Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment * Execute preventive maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and extend equipment life * Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs to production equipment * Install, service, and maintain production and plant equipment * Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to complete maintenance tasks * Diagnose issues, repair or replace parts, test equipment, and make adjustments * Perform regular maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities * Use hand tools, power tools, meters, and material-handling equipment * Lubricate equipment components (conveyors, gear drives, pumps, motors) according to schedules and OEM specifications * Identify and report defective equipment or unusual conditions * Fabricate parts for repairs and equipment upgrades as needed * Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas * Communicate effectively with production teams regarding maintenance activities * Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports * Support cross-training and assist in other roles as needed * Promote a positive company image while performing duties * Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Journeyperson certification in Millwright or a related trade preferred * Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience (oil & gas, manufacturing, or similar) * Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics * Familiarity with CMMS systems is an asset * Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment * Valid driver’s license required WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED We’re looking for individuals who are hardworking, self-motivated, and adaptable.
