Benefits · Salary: $39.00 - $42.00 per hour (plus 2nd and 3rd shift premium) · Health, Dental, Vision, disability insurance · Annual Incentive Program · Traditional and Roth 401(k) with matching · Paid Time Off · Employee Assistance Program · Life and AD&D Insurance · Paid Holidays What You’ll Do · Maintain Equipment Excellence: Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on high-speed production and packaging systems. · Troubleshoot Like a Pro: Diagnose and repair issues with mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, including robotic and PLC-controlled equipment. · Collaborate for Success: Partner with production teams during equipment setup, changeovers, and adjustments to minimize downtime. · Embrace Continuous Improvement: Participate in Kaizen events, support root cause failure analyses (RCFA), and contribute to a culture of operational excellence. Requirements What We’re Looking For: · 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food production preferred) · Proficiency in English both in written and oral communication · Skilled in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, including robotic and PLC – controlled equipment. · Proficient with gears, pumps, motors, VFDs, and safety systems · Knowledge of PLC diagnostic and basic ladder logic programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley) · Understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and reliability-centered maintenance. · Strong attention to detail, ability to perform root cause analyses, and commitment to driving efficiency and reliability. · Familiarity with CMMS (EAM) software to schedule, track, and complete work orders. · High school diploma or GED required, technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or a related field preferred.
