As a Maintenance Technician at Hermitage Knoll, Oaks, and Place Apts, you’ll be at the heart of that mission: ensuring our residents live in well-maintained, comfortable, and safe spaces they’re proud to call home. What You’ll Do: * Take ownership of maintaining the physical condition of the community, inside and out. * Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, electrical issues, plumbing problems, and appliances (stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, disposals, etc.). * Complete service requests within 24 hours quickly, efficiently, and with care, * Perform routine upkeep and preventive maintenance to keep everything running smoothly, * Help maintain excellent curb appeal: remove debris, pressure wash exteriors, maintain grounds, and more. * Rotate on-call duties with the maintenance team for after-hours and occasional holiday/weekend support. * Keep inventory of commonly used parts and materials to control maintenance expenditures. * Collaborate with team members and vendors and always go the extra mile for residents.
