Description Maintenance Technician Needed Family oriented workplace with excellent growth opportunities 40-hour work week with overtime opportunities Excellent benefits package Referral bonus of $3000 Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Successfully complete work order driven repairs within stated time frames Perform routine preventive maintenance and life safety checks on commercial buildings Estimate repairs for quotes when necessary Oversee work performed by outside contractors, as necessary Must be available to respond to emergencies during regular on-call rotation Complete all work orders and documentation and notes accurately and promptly. Communicate clearly and regularly with customers, dispatch, and office staff. Requirements Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. overhead, climb ladders, and work at heights (e.g., rooftops). Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the day. Maintain a professional appearance at all times. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial building maintenance Possess a set of basic hand tools Hard working, dependable, a positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills Clean driving record, criminal record and the ability to pass a drug screenin Computer, phone, and written skills are a plus.
