Complete work orders in a timely, professional manner. Handle Make Ready duties, including preparing apartments and residences for new move-ins. This includes painting, light carpentry, cleaning, repairs, and ensuring units meet quality standards. Assist in maintaining community grounds and common areas. Support compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Be available for emergency on-call rotation as needed. Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in general maintenance, facilities, or a skilled trade. Experience with Make Ready or apartment/unit turnover processes is a plus. Working knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and systems. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. High school diploma or equivalent required; trade certifications a plus.
