Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional customer service-oriented Maintenance Technician with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. We have openings at our Margate, FL location. Schedule: Open The ideal candidate would be responsible for: Performing routine and emergency repairs to equipment, machinery, plumbing, heating, and wiring. Conducting regular inspections of buildings to ensure safety standards are met. Performing general maintenance to keep products in working condition. Scheduling major repairs with building occupants. Addressing customer concerns and emotions in a timely and effective manner. Assist management with any request for residents in the building. Disassembling equipment to remove damaged components and reassembling it after repairs.

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician will perform routine and emergency repairs to various systems and conduct regular inspections to ensure safety standards are met. They will also address customer concerns and assist management with requests from residents.
