Position OverviewWe are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will support the maintenance, repair, and improvement of residential units, common areas, and building systems. How you will make an impact as a Maintenance Team Member: Provide highly diversified duties related to installing and maintaining facility equipment, building structures, and grounds. Fulfills service requests in a timely fashion. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments. Provide great customer service. Key Responsibilities Perform general facility and unit maintenance across residential and common areas. Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs. Help with turnovers, including drywall repair, painting, flooring touch-ups, cabinetry adjustments, door and lock work, and hardware fixes. Diagnose and troubleshoot basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues. Perform root-cause analysis for recurring or complex issues. Conduct safety checks on emergency lighting, alarms, exhaust systems, and mechanical equipment. Document all work completed using maintenance logs and/or work-order systems. Collaborate with maintenance staff, project teams and residents. The role is Full time at 40 hours a week. Monday through Friday schedule with a on call weekend rotation within the department.
