Maintenance Technician – Talbert Woods Apartments (Mooresville, NC) Built, owned, and managed by Palms Associates, LLC Talbert Woods Apartments, a 300-apartment community in Mooresville, NC is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team! You’ll be responsible for maintaining the property’s buildings, systems, and equipment to keep our community in excellent condition. Experience diagnosing and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems is strongly preferred.
