One year of maintenance experience preferred. Must have valid driver's license and own hand tools. Our ideal candidate is eager to work, has experience painting, drywall, appliance repair, pool maintenance, groundskeeping, and HVAC. Team members rotate emergency on-call responsibility. Responsibilities
