ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in multi-trade maintenance, preferably within the hospitality or facilities management sector.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with colleagues and management.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical, plumbing, or general maintenance trades will be an advantage.

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance work across a variety of trades, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure facilities are operating safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with venue management and team members to prioritize and address maintenance requests.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inventory of supplies.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures at all times.
