Description Apartment community in Lowell seeking a hands on and energetic maintenance worker. The ideal candidate should be organized, self-motivated, dependable and have a proven track record of results. Under direction, will assist in the on-going maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. Must be willing to work overtime and perform snow removal as well as be available for on-call coverage. Position Responsibilities: · clean vacant units, interior spaces, and grounds · ensure that vacant units are turned over in a timely fashion · grounds keeping, landscaping, and snow removal · paint building interiors and associated prep-work · miscellaneous carpentry repairs · minor appliance repairs · repair or replace plumbing fixtures · change locks Full and comprehensive benefits, including Medical and Dental, Time Off, and 401(k) with Match. Salary will be based upon experience but between $24 and $27 per hour. Please respond with a resume and we will contact you.
