Description Residential Property Maintenance Technician Full-time or Part-time Maintenance Technician for Residential Property. · Resolve and Complete work orders in a timely manner · Complete proactive maintenance duties (replacing light bulbs, fixing door hinges, repairing wall damage, gutter cleaning, window washing etc.) · Completing quarterly assessments for all assigned sites. · Regularly assessing sites for safety concerns & reporting to supervisor · Pick up trash & debris · Respond to requests and provide exceptional customer service to our tenants · Must have your own basic tools · Must be able to use a smartphone, email, text, and complete electronic work orders · Contact and coordinating with outside venders (plumbers, electricians, contractors etc.) · Credit Card and Budget compliance- if granted a company credit card comply with all company policy and procedures.
