Perform unit turns including but not limited to: servicing appliances, plumbing and electrical, replace old or faulty parts, re-key locks, replace burnt out light bulbs and interior painting. Address and follow up as necessary on all residents’ work order requests in a timely and professional manner. Maintain positive and professional relationships with vendors and suppliers and work with them to produce the best product and pricing for the properties. Maintain professionalism and communicate effectively with all key stakeholders including, but not limited to, residents, tenants, the Property manager, Portfolio manager, office staff, and vendors. Complete all work in a timely and professional manner. Must be able to work flexible hours and respond to after-hours requests Requirements 2+ years general maintenance experience or equivalent training is required Familiarity with Washington State and city of Seattle Landlord-Tenant Laws helpful High school diploma or equivalent
