  We have an immediate opening for Apartment Maintenance Technician. We are seeking a customer-service oriented individual with a high level of professionalism; upbeat; positive; "can do"  and team player attitude; and with an attention to detail. General responsibilities include fulfilling service requests; apartment grounds; apartment punch; make readies; general plumbing; general electrical; pool maintenance; maintenance shop organization; and emergency on call work orders. Excellent communication skills are needed with ability to remain professional under pressure. Ability to work Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM.  Shared on-call responsibility is required. Weekend availability is also required. Must have valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and car insurance. One year of previous apartment maintenance experience is required.
