The Retreat at Dry Creek is looking for a skilled, upbeat, “can‑do” Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our winning team. WHAT YOU’LL DO Bring your expertise and energy to a variety of maintenance needs, including: * Completing service requests with professionalism and efficiency * Maintaining apartment grounds * Unit punches and make-readies * General plumbing and electrical repairs * Pool upkeep and maintenance * Organizing and maintaining the maintenance shop * Handling after-hours emergency on-call work orders (shared rotation) WORK SCHEDULE * Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM * Shared on-call rotation * Weekend availability required REQUIREMENTS * Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and insurance * Previous apartment maintenance experience required * HVAC experience required * HVAC and/ or CPO certifications a plus, but not required * Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING WITH US Join a company that truly invests in its people.
