Paid personal time, paid vacation time, paid holidays. Summary This position is responsible for scheduling, planning, and supervising staff. Fabrication, electrical, communication skills required. Duties often include inspecting facilities, diagnosing issues, implementing preventative maintenance programs, and managing related budgets. Essential Functions · Fabrication and welding skills for equipment and taxidermy mounts · Troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and implementing safety · Maintain general facility maintenance, lights, outlets, switches, painting, furnace filters · Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment including boats, trailers, tractors, sprayers · Perform oil changes, grease hinges, change brakes, bearings on trucks and trailers · Maintain all aspects of building and grounds, including deer pens/exterior pens · Assists with new building, renovation/remodeling of all buildings · Snowplowing, generator maintenance · Building security, on-call 24 hours a day 7 days a week as needed to assist Maintenance Manager · Other tasks assigned by manager Competency · Problem Solving Skills · Thoroughness · Quality Control · Communication Skills · Time Management Skills Physical Demands This job requires the ability to bend, stand, and lift. Lifting requirements are classified as Heavy Work 25-50 Pounds of force will be exerted frequently and 50-100 pounds of force occasionally. Position Type and Expected Hours This is a full-time salary position exempt from overtime. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm but additional hours may be required. Shifts may vary per management discretion. On-Call is required for this position. Travel Travel to all facilities as needed.
