We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our Queenstown Rentals team in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Are you passionate about ensuring top-notch quality and functionality? As an Maintenance Technician at thl, you’ll play a crucial role in making sure our rental guests have a safe and comfortable experience. You’ll be part of a dynamic team, working together to support our operational efficiency and company goals.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct pre-hire checks on our vehicles to identify any issues.
  • Repair interior vehicle faults to our high standards.
  • Perform basic mechanical repairs on various makes and models.
  • Ensure all daily tasks are completed on time.
  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Work as part of a team to achieve productivity targets.
  • Assist with the upkeep and cleaning of branch sites.
  • Help with stocktake when required.
  • Support the on-road assistance and customer service teams.
  • Enter workshop data when needed.
  • Drive and deliver vehicles to branches and customers.
  • Change gas bottles and refuel vehicles.
  • Assist with vehicle detailing.
  • Help with the check-in and check-out process for customers.
  • Actively participate in our Health and Safety system.
  • Perform other duties as required.
