Position: Maintenance Technician Location: Columbus District Office (serving COA & HOA communities) – Columbus, OH Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, with an on-call rotation Pay Rate: $27–$30/hour (based on experience and qualifications) Bring Your Skills If you enjoy variety, solving challenges, and making an impact, this role will put your skills to work every day. 1+ year of direct experience in general maintenance Skilled in carpentry, painting, drywall, minor construction, plumbing, and electrical work Experienced in gutter and downspout repair, door and gate hardware, and wood trim replacement Able to work safely and confidently on ladders for roof, siding, and gutter projects Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto insurance Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position Make an Impact As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, well-maintained, and welcoming communities.
