Position: Maintenance Technician Location: SoDel, The Alpine, and Lakeshore Place Apartments - Dayton, OH Scheduled Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5pm, with an on-call rotation every 3-4 weeks Pay Rate: $22 - $30/hour* (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and incentives $1000 Hiring Bonus!!! On-Call Bonus!!! Make an Impact As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll keep our apartment communities safe, welcoming, and in top condition. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a difference. Utilize skills in electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, apartment turnovers for new residents, appliance repair, carpentry, locks and keys, and lighting. Complete work orders from residents while ensuring the community remains in pristine condition. Prepare and turn over units for new residents, ensuring each home meets Towne’s high standards of quality and comfort. Address emergency maintenance issues as they arise or while on-call. *Higher pay rate reserved for technicians with HVAC certification. Bring Your Skills If you’re a hands-on problem solver who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering excellent service, this role will put your skills to work every day.
