Position: Maintenance Technician Location: Rivers Edge - Dayton, OH Scheduled Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, with an on-call rotation (servicing multiple locations) Pay Rate: $25 - $27/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and incentives $1000 Hiring Bonus! Bring Your Skills If you’re a hands-on problem solver who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering excellent service, this role will put your skills to work every day. 1+ year of experience in multi-family residential maintenance Experienced Turnover Technician – versed in all aspects of apartment turns and servicing Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds HVAC experience required Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough Basic computer and smartphone skills Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto-insurance Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position Make an Impact As a Maintenance Technician, you will keep our apartment communities safe, welcoming, and in top condition.
