Position: Maintenance Technician Location: Willowood Apartments - Trotwood, OH Scheduled Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, with an on-call rotation (every 4 weeks) Pay Rate: $24 - $26/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and incentives Hiring Bonus: $1000! Bring Your Skills If you’re a hands-on problem solver who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering excellent service, this role will put your skills to work every day. 1+ year of experience in multi-family residential maintenance Experienced Turnover Technician – versed in all aspects of apartment turns and servicing Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds Ptac (preferred but not required) Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough Basic computer and smartphone skills Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto-insurance Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position Make an Impact As a Maintenance Technician, you will keep our apartment communities safe, welcoming, and in top condition.
