Position: Maintenance Technician Location: U Square @ the Loop – Cincinnati, Ohio Scheduled Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with an on-call rotation Pay Rate: $20 - $26/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus turnover bonus opportunities Bring Your Skills If you’re a hands-on problem solver who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering excellent service, this role will put your skills to work every day. We are looking for: 2+ years of experience in multi-family residential maintenance Proven Turnover Technician experience – skilled in all aspects of apartment turns and servicing Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds maintenance Prior hands-on experience with HVAC systems and troubleshooting (certification a plus) Strong customer service skills with a positive, professional attitude when assisting residents Ability to work independently while remaining efficient and detail-oriented Basic computer and smartphone proficiency Must have basic hand tools, a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance Willingness to complete a drug screen and background check upon offer Make an Impact As a Maintenance Technician, you will help keep our apartment communities and commercial spaces welcoming and in top condition.
