Position: Maintenance Technician Location: The Berryessa Apartments - Columbus, OH 43229 Scheduled Hours: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm, with an on-call rotation every two weeks Pay Rate: $25 - $27/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus on-call bonuses, commissions and incentives Make an Impact As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our apartment community safe, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.
