Position: Maintenance Technician Location: Sandhurst Apartments - Zanesville, OH Scheduled Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with 24/7 on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies. Pay Rate: $20–$25/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions, incentives, and a weekly $100 on-call bonus recognizing 24/7 availability. Make an Impact As the Maintenance Technician at Sandhurst Apartments, you’ll play a key role in keeping our 120-unit community safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. This position carries full responsibility for after-hours emergencies, with a weekly on-call bonus recognizing your commitment and reliability. You’ll handle a variety of maintenance tasks that make a direct difference in residents’ daily lives.
