Position: Maintenance Technician Location: Cincinnati Premier Living - Cincinnati, OH Scheduled Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with an on-call rotation Pay Rate: $24 - $26/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and bonuses Bring Your Skills If you’re a hands-on problem solver who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering excellent service, this role will put your skills to work every day. 2+ years of experience in multi-family residential maintenance Experienced Turnover Technician – versed in all aspects of apartment turns and servicing Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds HVAC experience required Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough Basic computer and smartphone skills Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto-insurance Willingness to complete a drug and background check if offered the position Make an Impact As a Maintenance Technician, you will keep our apartment communities safe, welcoming, and in top condition.
