Park Marina (est. 1989) – Park Marina is our premier location on Lake Allatoona, offering exceptional boating, rentals, and full-service marina amenities that create a top-tier on-the-water experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: Apply knowledge (of electrical systems, plumbing systems, advanced carpentry, HVAC, etc.) to diagnose systems, approaching mechanical challenges from a logical perspective. Ability to approach mechanical challenges from a logical perspective. Make repairs as assigned while working efficiently with strong attention to detail. Maintain a clean and safe working environment and property. Always maintain all equipment in top condition. Ensure that safety standards are met Ability to follow and/or set preventive maintenance schedules, to prolong the equipment's life. Consistently assess work areas for safety concerns. Raise all concerns to the appropriate individual and follow-up to ensure that all are resolved. Skilled in the proper and safe use of all tools, materials, chemicals, and products relating to the department. Strong verbal and written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to utilize these skills to maintain positive relations with Team Members and Guests. REQUIREMENTS: Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, climb, reach overhead, and work in confined spaces. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Working inside as well as outdoors in all weather conditions. Aspects of position may require working in extreme temperatures. Must be able to swim.
