Being an #InAlumiler in the Mechanical Maintenance Team Your 12-month journey will begin in March 2026 in Alumil’s biggest manufacturing plant located in Kilkis, and will include an extensive and thrilling training program that will help you land on the Engineering & Maintenance team as a Maintenance Technician Trainee. In specific, you will be trained in assisting with maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment using our mobile CMMS to create and complete work orders. For this to happen, it is extremely important to learn how to communicate effectively with Maintenance staff (foreman, planner, Maintenance Manager) as well as Production supervisors/operators to gather information on issues and follow instructions for resolving faults and completing tasks.
